Production / Manufacturing Operative
Location:Wells, BA5 3FF
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00
Overtime: Saturdays available
We are currently recruiting for Production / Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing environment.
Working as part of a friendly and hardworking production team, you will play an important role in helping to finalise a range of cosmetic products ready for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging finished cosmetic products ready for dispatch
Bottling and filling products
Labelling products accurately and efficiently
Carrying out visual quality checks
Following production procedures and work instructions
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets
About You
We are looking for reliable and hard working individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packaging or a similar environment would be advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right candidate. Must be able to drive due to location.
You will need to:
Be reliable, punctual and committed to your work
Have good attention to detail
Be comfortable carrying out repetitive, hands-on tasks
Work well as part of a team
Follow instructions and production procedures carefully
Have a positive attitude and good work ethic
