Description
Provide support and advice to tenants on housing-related matters.
Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard by coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance.
Handle tenant queries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
Manage tenant agreements, including sign-ups and terminations.
Work with external agencies to provide additional support to tenants where needed.
Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and property updates.
Support team members with housing-related projects and initiatives.Profile
A successful Housing Officer should have:
Experience in housing or property management, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
