Temporary Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Monitoring customer orders across multiple systems to ensure timely fulfilment.
Responding promptly and helpfully to customer tickets via Salesforce, email, and phone.
Processing consumer warranties accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with Ecommerce, Finance, Warehousing and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintaining detailed, clear records of customer interactions.
Achieving and maintaining KPIs related to response times and resolution quality.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Temporary Customer Service Administrator Rewards
37.5 hours per week, generally 9am to 5pm, with an unpaid lunch break.
