The Role
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across Finance, Estates, ICT and Risk, working closely with the Chief Executive, Board and Senior Leadership Team.

You will:
Lead the Trust’s financial strategy, ensuring strong financial planning, performance and long-term sustainability
Ensure effective financial management, governance, internal controls and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Provide strategic financial advice to the Chief Executive, Board and Committees, supporting effective decision-making and investment
Lead the development and delivery of the Estates Strategy, including capital investment, asset management and property compliance
Shape and deliver the ICT and Digital Strategy, ensuring systems are secure, effective and fit for the future
Provide executive leadership across risk, assurance, business continuity and organisational resilience
Support strategic planning, organisational transformation and continuous improvement across the Trust
Lead, develop and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and innovation
Build strong relationships with regulators, funders, auditors, local authorities and other key stakeholders
Ensure Linkage’s resources are used effectively, balancing strategic investment, value for money and the organisation’s commitment to delivering meaningful impact.
You will bring:
Fully Qualified Accountant with significant senior leadership experience within a complex organisation
Experience of financial strategy, planning and long-term sustainability
Proven experience advising Boards and senior stakeholders
Strong leadership and organisational change experience
A sound understanding of governance, risk and assurance
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
Experience within charity, education, social care, health or another purpose-led environment would be advantageous
