Learning Support Assistant (Full‑Time, Term‑Time Only)
Location: Merton / Wimbledon
Pay: £92.63–£100 per day (PAYE), depending on experience and qualifications
Zest Education is looking for a Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming mainstream secondary setting in the Merton/Wimbledon area. This full‑time, term‑time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their academic potential.
You will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored academic support to students within the classroom, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching, psychology, SEN support, or youth work.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 and small‑group academic support
