We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has pensions administration experience:
Are you an experienced Pensions professional ready for a new challenge? Do you enjoy supporting and developing others?
We’re looking for a Pensions specialist to train as a tutor to support apprentices building careers within the pensions industry. This is a great opportunity to step away from day-to-day administration and use your industry knowledge to coach, mentor and develop the next generation of pensions professionals.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage and support a caseload of apprentices through their programme.

Coach and mentor learners through virtual and one-to-one sessions.

Share your pensions knowledge and industry experience.

Create and adapt learning materials.

Review learner work and provide constructive feedback.

Track progress and provide support where needed.

Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance.
What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years’ pensions industry experience, ideally in Pensions Administration.

Experience of coaching, mentoring, training or supporting colleagues.

Strong knowledge of pensions processes and industry practices.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office, digital systems and online learning platforms.

A genuine interest in helping others develop and succeed.
Teaching experience isn't essential – full support and development will be provided to help you transition into the tutor role.
