Experienced Teaching Assistant Required – Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate education professional looking for a temporary position with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can support pupils' learning, promote positive behaviour, and work effectively as part of a school team. The successful candidate will have experience supporting children within a UK school setting and be committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working in UK schools
Strong understanding of classroom support and behaviour management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
Passion for supporting children's educational development
Enhanced Child-Only DBS Certificate preferred (if you do not currently hold one, Teaching Personnel can support you with a new application)
