As a Carpenter Multi Trade you will be:
Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs
Completing 2nd fix carpentry
Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs
Working across occupied and void properties
Completing work to a high standard
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
A recognised carpentry trade qualification
Previous social housing experience
Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner
Multi-trade repair experience
A full UK driving licence
The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits:
£37,500 per year
Company van and fuel card
35 days annual leave including bank holidays
Overtime opportunities
Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours

Consistent workload within your dedicated area
Location & travel
