Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Working within a busy and collaborative environment, you will become a trusted point of contact for customers, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email

Deliver a professional, empathetic and customer-focused service

Investigate and resolve customer queries, complaints and escalations

Liaise with internal departments to coordinate effective solutions

Maintain accurate customer records and order information

Escalate complex issues when required

Adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes

Support wider customer service and operational activities
What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service

Experience managing complaints and challenging customer conversations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Confident using multiple systems simultaneously

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

Team-focused with a flexible and proactive approach
