Salary: Up to £30,000 p/a (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
The Opportunity
Linsco are delighted to be working alongside our client, a growing and forward-thinking civil engineering specialist, who are looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join their Northampton-based Fleet team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to develop their career within Fleet Administration. Working closely with the wider Fleet team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while gaining valuable experience across all areas of fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the company vehicle tracking system.
Assist with daily driver licensing and authorisation procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records and documentation.
Collate and prepare monthly fleet reports.
Support the Fleet Controller with vehicle insurance claims.
Process vehicle fines and driving offences accurately and efficiently.
Arrange vehicle servicing, MOTs, tyres and repairs.
Assist with general Fleet Administration and ad hoc duties as required.
Ensure fleet records are maintained accurately and in line with company procedures.
About You
Previous experience working within an office administration environment.
Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
Quick to learn new systems, processes and concepts.
Reliable, hardworking and keen to develop a career within Fleet Administration.
