Aluminium Welder Fabricator

£17.00 to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Service Service is recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich.
This is a hands-on role working on the fabrication and welding of aluminium components for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle applications. The successful candidate will be able to work from detailed engineering drawings and produce high-quality fabrication work to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities

MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium from 2.5mm to 10mm thickness

Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications

Carry out fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy

Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required

Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines

Maintain a clean and organised working environment
About You

Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication

Aluminium welding and fabrication experience

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience working with aluminium fabrication

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good time management and organisational skills
What's on Offer

Overtime available at enhanced rates

40-hour working week – Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
