As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a variety of general maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, working independently or as part of a small team on both resdiential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Help bring materials to and from site

Securely install steels
-
Complete brick and block work to a high standard

Painting and decorating to a high standard
-
Working from job sheets/schedules and completing paperwork accurately

Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards

Liaising professionally with clients/tenants on site
What We're Looking For:
-
Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Handyperson across several disciplines
-
Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ or time-served) an advantage
-
Valid CSCS card (preffered not essential)
-
Own tools and reliable transport
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Ability to work independently and manage own workload
-
Good communication and customer service skills
