We're recruiting a Catering Assistant for a Monday to Friday position in Brockenhurst, working 08:00-16:00. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours, with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
You'll support the smooth running of daily operations by:
Assisting chefs with food preparation, including peeling, chopping and portioning
Supporting food and drink service
Setting up and clearing tables and dining areas
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Receiving, checking and storing deliveries
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Supporting customers with dietary and allergen requirements
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Catering Assistant, you'll need:
An Enhanced DBS
An Allergens certificate
Good teamwork and communication skills
High standards of hygiene and cleanliness
The physical stamina to work on your feet and handle manual tasks
Good attention to detail around food safety and allergens
A customer-focused approach
