We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing automotive dealership in Milton Keynes, who are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team.
This is a varied, customer-facing role that would suit someone who is friendly, confident, organised and able to use their own initiative. Previous experience within the motor trade isn’t essential — what matters most is having the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
As a Sales Administrator your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.

Booking vehicle viewings and appointments.

Greeting customers when they arrive at the showroom.

Answering general questions about vehicles, availability, and pricing.

Taking photographs of newly arrived vehicles.

Preparing and uploading vehicle listings to websites and social media platforms.

Keeping vehicle adverts and information accurate and up to date.

Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties.

Responding to customer enquiries through various channels.

Helping to keep the showroom and customer areas organised and welcoming.

Using your initiative to deal with day-to-day tasks and ensure things run smoothly.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally approachable, friendly, and comfortable speaking to people. You’ll need to be organised and confident enough to get on with tasks independently. An interest in the trade would also be advantageous.
The ideal Sales Admin will have:
