About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Rewind Fitter to join our motor repair team based in Grantham. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on the rewind and repair of electric motors within a busy, hands-on workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out rewinding of electric motors to a high standard

Strip, inspect, and rebuild motors as part of the repair process

Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs

Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards

Work as part of a team to meet workshop deadlines
Requirements

Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Rewind Fitter or in a similar motor repair role

Sound understanding of electric motor construction and rewinding techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
