Immediate position for Driver Labourers required in the Redhill area. You will be working on the clients’ housing stock in a localised area.
Driver/Labourer - £25,878 per annum - 37 hours per week
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, co-ordinating and undertaking the Transportation of goods, equipment, and materials to designated locations promptly and efficiently.
- Perform general labour duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling materials as required. In both occupied and void properties.
- Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring proper handling, and securing of items.
- Working as an individual or as part of a team on all aspects of building maintenance work, from minor repairs to larger one-off projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and job sites.
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicle, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks.
- Using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to receive allocated work tasks and complete follow-up actions.
- Previous experience welcomed
- Driving License with no more than 6 points
