Circa £42,000-£45,000 / £21-£23 per hour (Depending on shift)
Flexibilty wiht hours and days of work- 4 day week, permenant 6am-2pm shift OR Permanent Day shift

We are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Mill-Turn Setter/Operator. This is a great opportunity to join an established precision engineering manufacturer with a longstanding reputation for producing high-quality engineered components. There is flexibility around the working pattern, with the opportunity to discuss either 4 day week, permenant 6am-2pm shift OR Permanent Day shift

CNC Setter Operator The Role

Set and operate CNC Mill-Turn machinery.
Work with FANUC controls.
Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
Set and prove out new jobs and edit programmes where required.
Work predominantly on established repeat production alongside new components.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity.
Edit/ Programme parts when required of if neccesary (programming knowledge is advantageous not essential)

CNC Setter Operator What We’re Looking For

Previous CNC Mill-Turn experience is essential.
Strong setting and operating experience.
CNC programming experience advantageous not essential
FANUC experience would be advantageous
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience within precision engineering/manufacturing.
CAD/CAM experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
A strong Mill-Turn Setter/Operator may also be considered where they have the technical ability to develop further.

CNC Setter Operator Salary, Hours & Benefits

Circa £42,000-£45,000 / £21-£23 per hour (Depending on shift)
Flexibility for days or rotating earlies/lates
Occasional overtime opportunities.
Permanent position within an established precision engineering manufacturer.
