3D Personnel are currently looking for an 360 Operator for a construction project in Eastleigh.
The day-to-day duties will consist of:
Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently to carry out excavation, digging, loading, and material-moving duties.
Conduct thorough pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator before operation.
Safely excavate trenches, foundations, footings, and other areas as instructed by the Site Management Team.
Load and move materials such as soil, rubble, aggregates, and other site materials.
Operate the excavator around obstacles, confined spaces, and busy construction sites.
Work safely around other plant, machinery, vehicles, and site personnel.
Carry out routine checks and report any defects or mechanical issues immediately.
Follow all site rules, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
Perform all required duties on site as instructed by the Site Management Team.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times.
Carry out all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Excavator.
Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.
Must be hardworking, reliable, and driven.
Must have valid ID/Passport.
Must have full PPE, including:
Must have full site PPE
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team.
Must have a strong focus on safety and responsible plant operation.

The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella which will see additional deductions to you take home hourly rate
