Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is a hands-on role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Monday to Friday -07:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Receiving, unloading and checking deliveries against paperwork.

Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Loading and unloading vehicles safely.

Organising stock and ensuring items are stored in the correct locations.

Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Operating warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts where required.

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Supporting colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
What We're Looking For
-
Previous warehouse, logistics, removals or stock control experience desirable.

Counterbalance and Reach Forklift experience.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to work.

Ability to carry out manual handling duties and work on your feet throughout the day.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
