Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their successful team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys developing new business, building strong customer relationships and working towards achievable sales targets.
You will be responsible for promoting a range of programmes and digital solutions to organisations across the UK, managing the full sales process from initial contact through to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship building.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and key decision-makers.

Promote and sell programmes, resources and digital solutions.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations via video calls and face-to-face meetings.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to successful conversion.

Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities using the CRM system.

Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Attend industry exhibitions and events when required.
The Ideal Candidate:

A minimum of 3 years' experience within a sales or business development role.

Proven experience of generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Confident engaging with senior decision-makers.
-
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
-
Self-motivated, proactive and commercially driven.
-
Comfortable using CRM systems and conducting online product demonstrations.
Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary up to £35,000.

OTE £45,000.

Hybrid working – 2 days working from home per week following initial training.

25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
