We are looking for 3 x Semi-Skilled Labourers to join a large-scale industrial project in Southampton starting tomorrow 22/09/2026
Key Responsibilities

General Labouring: Safe movement and distribution of construction and industrial materials across the site.

Tool Support: Assisting trades on tools as and when required.

Station Support: Helping out on various operational work stations to keep the project moving smoothly.

Site Maintenance: Installing and maintaining 5S floor safety tape and general housekeeping duties to keep the site compliant.
Requirements

Valid CSCS card (essential).

Previous experience working on large industrial or commercial construction sites.

Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately (tomorrow).

Own PPE (steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket, hard hat)
