People Business Partner – 12 Month Contract
Location: West Burton – Hybrid, 3 days per week
Rate: £350–£450 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join a high-profile organisation on an initial 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex environment and can provide high-quality people advice while supporting wider HR projects and organisational initiatives.
The Role
As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation, providing trusted HR advice and supporting a range of employee and organisational matters.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing HR advice and guidance across a broad range of people matters.

Managing and supporting employee relations cases in line with UK employment legislation and company policy.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Supporting and delivering HR projects and organisational development initiatives.

Producing HR metrics, management information and people analytics to support business decisions.

Supporting organisational change, transformation and culture initiatives.

Contributing to workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities.

Managing multiple priorities and projects within a complex environment.
About You
We're looking for someone with:

CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.

Previous experience as an HR Advisor, Junior HRBP or HR Business Partner.

Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment law.

Experience delivering HR projects and people-focused programmes.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data, MI and reporting.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong organisational and project-management abilities.

Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
