Office Administrator
Crawley | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | Full-time, Permanent
£25,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience

We're looking for a bright, organised and proactive Office Administrator to become a key part of a small and growing team. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to take ownership, get involved across the business and develop your responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
The role
Managing incoming calls and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
Supporting the onboarding of new clients
Preparing documents and correspondence
Updating client records and case information
Liaising with clients, partners and service providers
Diary management and scheduling
Raising invoices and tracking payments
Supporting the Directors with general administration and projects
Helping to maintain and improve internal processes
About you
You'll be organised, switched-on and confident managing a varied workload. You'll have:
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, reliable and professional approach
The confidence to take ownership and use your initiativePrevious office or administration experience would be beneficial, although attitude and potential are equally important.
