About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to join an established engineering and Facilities Management business.
This is an office-based Health & Safety role, focused on coordinating compliance, RAMS, training, subcontractor documentation and supporting engineers across a UK-wide operation.
This role would suit someone with a Health & Safety administration or coordination background who understands engineering, construction, FM or building services environments.
The Role

Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).

Coordinate Health & Safety documentation and compliance.

Ensure RAMS and relevant paperwork are issued to the correct teams.

Coordinate subcontractor compliance and site access requirements.

Arrange engineer training, refresher courses and certification.

Keep training records and certificates up to date.

Coordinate associated travel and accommodation for training.

Chase outstanding documentation and compliance requirements.

Support the Health & Safety Manager with day-to-day administration.
About You

Previous experience in a Health & Safety Coordinator, Health & Safety Administrator or Compliance Coordinator role.

Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Construction or Distribution.

Good understanding of RAMS and Health & Safety compliance.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Confident communicating with engineers and subcontractors.

Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable working in a busy office-based environment.
