Responsibilities
-
Carry out a range of joinery work on high-end residential properties.

Erect and install timber frames to required specifications.

Complete plasterboarding and associated finishing work.

Undertake general house-building and construction duties.

Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials accurately.

Follow technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.

Work effectively alongside other trades on site to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
-
Proven experience working as a Joiner within residential construction.
-
Strong all-round joinery skills.
-
Previous experience with timber frame construction.
-
Experience with plasterboarding is desirable.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.

Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Relevant trade qualifications or experience preferred.

Own tools and reliable transport are advantageous
