Our client, a leading fleet management company based in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking a Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering hybrid working arrangements, with three days in the office and two days working from home. Answering customer enquiry calls with professionalism and courtesy
Booking and scheduling vehicle servicing, repairs, and brake jobs
Inputting customer details, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records
Data entry of job sheets, invoices, and customer information
Communicating effectively with customers and technicians regarding job updates
Handling general administrative tasks including emails, filing, and supplier orders
Supporting the Business Fleet team with account administration duties as required
Assisting wider team members with daily operational needs in a fast-paced environmentRequirements of the Service Administrator:
Proven experience in administration, office support, or customer service roles
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask efficiently
Proficiency in booking and scheduling software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and brake systems preferred or willingness to learn
Previous experience in automotive, garage, dealership, or fleet management sectors is advantageous
