Bridgeman Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing and property maintenance projects across the North West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of building and remedial works within occupied residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Duties will include:

General building and maintenance works

Brickwork and blockwork repairs

Plastering and patch repairs
-
Rendering and making good
-
Pointing and remedial works
-
Flooring and minor joinery
-
Boxing-in and finishing works
-
Minor external works, including paving and flagging

Making good following heating, plumbing and renewable energy installations

Working within occupied properties and maintaining good customer service

Completing work safely and in accordance with site requirements
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder / Maintenance Operative

Good all-round building skills
-
Experience working in social housing or occupied properties preferred

CSCS card preferred
-
Full UK driving licence desirable
-
Own tools and PPE
-
Good communication and customer-facing skills
-
Reliable and able to work independently
