This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor seeking a supportive environment with standard weekday working hours. Our client offers a friendly team atmosphere and competitive remuneration, with a potential salary of up to £34,000 (£36,000 OTE) based on experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and inquiries
Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options
Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met
Coordinate with the workshop team to deliver services on time and to a high standard
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, quotations, and order tracking
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to give accurate informationRequirements of the Service Advisor:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor within an independent, main dealer, or car supermarket environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet and exceed expectations
Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team
