Salary up to £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm shifts
Saturday mornings on a rota basis, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Located in Kidderminster, WorcestershireDuties of the Parts Advisor:
Support the Parts Department in daily operations, including ordering parts and managing stock levels
Assist technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries and availability updates
Identify and supply vehicle parts using manufacturer and aftermarket catalogues
Support the wider Aftersales team with customer enquiries and bookings
Manage stock levels, returns, and obsolescence to improve profitability
Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and via telephone
Support the workshop by pre-picking parts ahead of appointments to ensure efficient parts flow
Maintain accurate records and support inventory management processesRequirements of the Parts Advisor:
Previous experience within an automotive Parts Department, motor factor, or similar environment
Sound knowledge of vehicle parts identification and cataloguing systems
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities
Strong IT skills, including experience with dealer management and parts catalogue systems
Professional communication skills, with a friendly telephone manner
