LNS Recruitment is looking for a motivated and hardworking Trainee Quarry Worker to join a growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the quarrying, aggregates and recycling industry. No previous quarrying experience is required, as full training and support will be provided.
You will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced operators, learning how to operate plant and machinery, assist with maintenance and understand the production of quality recycled and primary aggregate products.
The Role
As a Trainee Quarry Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the maintenance of washplant equipment and mobile plant.

Learning to safely operate quarrying and mobile plant machinery.

Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the quarry and processing plant.

Learning about the production of recycled and primary aggregate products.
-
Carrying out general site duties and keeping the working environment clean and organised.

Working alongside experienced members of the team to develop practical plant operation and engineering skills.

Following all company health and safety procedures.

Previous quarrying experience is not essential — full training will be provided.
