Operations & Executive Assistant
Our client is an established property business based in North West London and is seeking a proactive Operations & Executive Assistant to support one of the business owners.
This is a varied role that combines executive support with operational coordination. The successful candidate will become a key member of the business, helping to improve efficiency, coordinate projects and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director's diary, meetings and appointments.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising emails, calls and correspondence.

Monitor operational projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Follow up with internal staff and external suppliers on outstanding actions.

Prepare reports, presentations and business documents.

Assist with operational planning and implementation of new processes.

Organise meetings and record actions where required.

Coordinate suppliers, contractors and service providers.

Assist with office management and general business administration.

Support with invoice approvals and operational paperwork.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the business.

Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Operations Assistant.

Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident working with senior stakeholders.

Proactive with a natural ability to solve problems.

Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and use initiative.

Experience within property is beneficial but not essential.
Location: North West London (Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
Salary: £32,000–£38,000 (depending on experience)
