School Administrator / Receptionist

Contract: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

A welcoming and well-established secondary school in South Manchester is seeking an experienced School Administrator / Receptionist to join their office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who enjoys working in a busy school environment and is committed to providing exceptional administrative and reception support.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and pupils
Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries
Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records
Supporting attendance and admissions administration
Handling general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and correspondence
Assisting with school events and office operations
Providing efficient reception and front-of-house support
Requirements:
Previous experience working in an administrative or receptionist role within a school setting is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Professional and friendly manner
