We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established national organisation based in Warwick, seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. Description
Managing incoming emails, telephone calls and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
Processing forms, correspondence and general administration
Coordinating meetings, diaries and room bookings
Preparing documents, reports and presentations
Supporting event and training administration
Assisting with finance-related administration where required
Liaising with internal teams, members and external stakeholders
Providing general office support across the wider organisationProfile
A successful Admin Assistant should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
A professional and proactive approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience working within a membership, charity, education or not-for-profit environment would be advantageous but is not essentialJob Offer
Temporary assignment with an immediate start
Up to £27,000 full-time equivalent salary
Part-time hours: 22 hours per week over 3 days
