Remuneration: £27,000

Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support their dynamic team in Edinburgh city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will be at the forefront of the office, ensuring smooth operations through a range of responsibilities including:
Overseeing the reception area and being the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
Processing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Managing office supplies
Assisting with invoicing, fee charts and project owner reports
Logging and monitoring new work enquiries
Organising lunches and greeting visitors with refreshments
Supporting the team with administrative tasks
Collating information for tenders, submissions and competitions
Maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic
Providing assistance to the Office Manager and Senior Management as needed
Skills Required:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
Previous Administration experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills and a high level of English spelling and grammar
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Computer literacy and good typing skills
