The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant who is highly organised, proactive and confident supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment?
Our client, based near Farnborough, is looking for a highly capable and personable Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to members of their nine-member Executive Management Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA to take on a varied and important role, working closely with senior leaders and acting as a trusted point of contact across the business.
You’ll be responsible for keeping senior leaders organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly, from complex diary management and meeting coordination to travel arrangements, communications and confidential administration.
The ideal candidate will be someone who naturally stays one step ahead, can confidently manage competing priorities and takes pride in providing a professional and seamless support service.
Experience within Financial Services, Banking or Mortgage Lending would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality and proactive Personal Assistant support to members of the Executive Management Team.

Manage complex and busy diaries, prioritising appointments and ensuring senior leaders' time is used effectively.

Anticipate requirements, identify potential issues and proactively resolve them wherever possible.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, presentations and briefing materials.

Attend Executive, management and committee meetings as required, producing accurate, concise and timely minutes and action logs.

Monitor and follow up on actions arising from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.

Organise and support Board, Executive and governance-related meetings, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth administration.

Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing documents.

Act as a trusted point of contact between senior leaders, employees and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings and reservations, ensuring all arrangements are well organised and run smoothly.

Process expenses and other administrative requirements accurately and efficiently.

Support business projects, internal events and communications initiatives as required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to senior management activities.

Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements and data protection obligations.
About You
We’re looking for a professional, confident and exceptionally organised Personal Assistant who enjoys being the person others can rely on.
You’ll be someone who is naturally proactive, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and confidential information. You’ll be able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
You’ll ideally have:

Significant experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role, supporting one or more senior leaders.

Experience supporting senior management teams and coordinating meetings involving multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.

Excellent minute-taking skills, with the ability to accurately capture discussions, decisions and actions.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

A high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality support service.

The ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise sound judgement.

A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.

Experience within Financial Services, Banking or Mortgage Lending would be advantageous.
