Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Private PA looking for a role where you can really make a difference?
We're working with a successful and well-established private business to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with the Chairman across both his business and personal commitments.
This is far more than a traditional diary-management role. You'll become a trusted right-hand person, taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role:
Extensive and proactive diary management, anticipating priorities and resolving clashes
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Managing emails and correspondence, drafting responses and ensuring actions are followed through
Preparing documents and information ahead of meetings
Arranging complex travel, including flights, accommodation and transfers
Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the Chairman
Supporting financial and administrative requirements
Coordinating events and private functions
Assisting with monthly Board meetings, including preparation, documentation and follow-up
Occasional minute-taking and maintaining clear records of actions
Managing a variety of personal and business administrationAbout You:
Highly organised, discreet and naturally proactive, with the confidence to work directly with a senior business leader
Has previous experience in an EA, Private PA or similar senior support role
Is exceptionally organised and has outstanding attention to detail
Is confident managing a busy and ever-changing diary
Has excellent communication skills and sound judgement
Is comfortable dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Is confident liaising with people at all levels
Takes genuine pride in making sure everything runs smoothlyWhat's on offer?
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (100% office-based)
Salary up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
