💷 Salary: £23,132.20 FTE (Pro Rata)
⏰ Hours: 14 Hours Per Week (Days have to be Thursday & Friday)
📄 Contract: Temporary for 6 Weeks and then you will be transferred to a Permanent contract

We are working with a respected charity based in Bradford (BD8) that is seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin & Finance Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and financial support.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing administrative and PA support to the senior leadership team
Organising meetings, appointments and managing diaries
Preparing professional correspondence, reports and presentations
Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing action notes
Maintaining efficient filing, record-keeping and monitoring systems
Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies and coordinating applications
Assisting with committee meetings, annual reviews and organisational events
Producing reports and analysing data to support management decision-making
Managing office supplies, stock control and supplier relationships
Maintaining accurate financial records and expenditure logs
Assisting with petty cash management and reconciliations
Liaising with utility providers and external stakeholders
Supporting the Senior Finance Officer with day-to-day finance administrationWhat We're Looking For
✔ Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
✔ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and email systems
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✔ A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
