We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our engineering client within their purpose-built facility in Hixon, Staffordshire. These are long-term positions.

Production Operative responsibilities:

Manually setting material / parts into robotic welding machinery

Setting up the machine for the task in hand

Quality checking the parts once the process has completed

Manual handling parts

Comply with health and safety rules
Production Operative person specification:
-
Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production roles is desired

You must be comfortable with physical workloads

You must be able to work 12 hour shifts and working on weekends as standard

You must be able to drive and have your own car or motorbike

Good English skills (reading, and verbal)
