A leading regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to join its growing rail infrastructure division.
The company delivers a wide range of rail and civil engineering projects throughout South Wales, including:

Railway stations and associated infrastructure

Underbridges and overbridges

Embankments and earthworks

Civil engineering and infrastructure works

General rail-related construction projects
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within rail infrastructure or civil engineering, with a strong understanding of site management, health and safety, quality, programme delivery and subcontractor management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded regional contracting group at an exciting time of growth, with a strong pipeline of projects across South Wales.
The Role:

Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities

Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

Ensure works are delivered safely to programme and within budget

Maintain high standards of quality and compliance

Work closely with project management and commercial teams

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant rail and construction standards
The Candidate:
-
Previous experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager or similar
-
Rail infrastructure and/or civil engineering experience
-
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Relevant industry qualifications
-
Rail experience and relevant competencies would be advantageous
