We are actively looking to secure a Full Stack Developer to join Experis.

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming, experience with modern frameworks and libraries, and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern Java frameworks and technologies.
Develop and support microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of modern development practices.
Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in cloud and containerised environments.Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
Experience with one or more popular Java frameworks and libraries, including:
Spring / Spring Boot
Hibernate
Struts
JavaServer Faces (JSF)
Apache Commons
Guava
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and associated technologies, including:
Docker
Kubernetes
Swagger / OpenAPI
Experience with source control systems such as Git.
Understanding of software testing methodologies and automated testing practices.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.Industry Experience
Proven experience delivering solutions within the UK Public Sector.
Understanding of Public Sector delivery frameworks, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or citizen-facing services is highly desirable.Desirable Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with messaging technologies and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with secure coding principles and application security standards.
Exposure to container orchestration and cloud-native development patterns.
