Location: Kettering (on-site parking available)
Salary
£29,120 - £35,360 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
Paid tea and coffee break in the morning & afternoon
Overtime available on occassion and paid at 1.25x standard rate

Key Responsibilities
TIG welding on stainless steel materials
Fabricating components and assemblies from engineering drawings
Cutting, shaping, assembling and finishing metalwork to required specifications
Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Operating fabrication and workshop machinery safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Previous experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator
Strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail with a pride in producing high-quality work
Commitment to maintaining excellent workmanship and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute within a close-knit team environment
Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
Desirable
Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
Relevant welding qualifications or certifications
