We are seeking high-energy, confident Beauty Advisors & Sales Demonstrators to represent HST exclusively inside world-renowned Selfridges, Oxford Street.
In this role, you will showcase HST’s premier styling tools through live, engaging hair demonstrations, consulting with Selfridges shoppers and converting high-footfall interest into premium retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver captivating, live hair demonstrations using HST premier straighteners, stylers, and tools.

Proactively approach, engage, and consult browsing luxury department store clientele.

Drive sales performance to meet and exceed daily targets.

Maintain an immaculate, hygienic demonstration station and product display at all times.

Be punctual, high-energy, and ready to trade from shift open to close.
Industry Standards & Grooming: As the face of HST within Selfridges, adherence to world-class retail standards is essential:

Impeccable Grooming: You must reflect the beauty industry at its highest standard. Styled hair, polished makeup, and manicured personal presentation are required for every shift.

Luxury Dress Code: Full compliance with the store’s professional retail standard (sharp, all-black professional attire, no visible non-brand logos).

Refined Customer Etiquette: Articulate communication, approachable body language, and professional poise tailored to high-end and international department store shoppers.
Candidate Requirements:

Charisma, high confidence, and a passion for interactive, face-to-face selling.

Hunger to earn in an uncapped, performance-driven commission structure.

Valid Right to Work in the UK and official photo ID (mandatory).

Experience in beauty, hair, or retail sales is preferred, but motivated individuals with natural flair and confidence will receive full training.
Role Type & Pay:

Engagement: Full-Time, Self-Employed Sales Agent (Contractor).

Remuneration: Daily base rate from £85 plus uncapped sales commission on all units sold.
