Skills and experience for this Corporate Solicitor role:
Transaction Management: Lead complex corporate transactions independently from initial instruction and due diligence through to drafting, negotiation, and completion.
Corporate Expertise: Deliver technical advice across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, and general company law advisory.
Real Estate Sector Focus: Apply corporate expertise to property-driven transactions, advising on corporate vehicles, joint ventures, and restructurings within the real estate market.
Business Development: Actively generate new business by participating in networking events, pitching to prospective clients, and identifying cross-referral opportunities across the firm's broader practice areas.
Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring proactive, commercially driven project updates.
