Managing all service telephone and walk-in customer enquiries, including booking appointments
Interpreting customer concerns and coordinating with technicians for effective service delivery
Liaising with customers regarding additional work and providing accurate cost estimates
Greeting customers and scheduling services to ensure a positive experience
Tracking vehicles through the workshop system and updating customers on progress
Handling customer complaints and requests professionally
Obtaining authorisations and processing payments for repairs
Managing courtesy cars to facilitate seamless service operationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Administrator, Service Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail with good administrative abilities
Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle tracking systems is advantageous
