Excellent supportive cultureThe Consultant Ecologist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a range of projects from early-stage planning through to delivery and long-term habitat management. The role will provide exposure to BNG, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessments and protected species surveys.
Requirements:
Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
Professional ecology consultancy experience
Experience undertaking ecological surveys and assessments
Knowledge of UK ecology and relevant legislation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Full right to work in the UK
Living in or within a commutable distance of the Edinburgh office
