Sales & Marketing Representative
Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week
About the Role
We're expanding our Glasgow team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid of a target. You'll be out and about across the city, representing our brand, starting conversations, and turning interest into results. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and marketing from the ground up while earning based on what they achieve.
What You'll Be Doing

Meeting customers face-to-face across Glasgow on a daily basis

Introducing our brand and explaining what we offer clearly and confidently

Identifying customer needs and matching them to the right product or service

Converting conversations into sign-ups or sales

Managing your own appointments and planning your day efficiently

Sharing feedback from customers to help shape future campaigns
What We're Looking For

Outgoing personality and strong communication skills

Comfortable approaching and talking to new people every day

Resilient — able to handle rejection and stay motivated

Self-disciplined enough to manage your own schedule

Driving licence and transport preferred, not essential

No experience necessary — full training provided
