My client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy Family team in Norwich, Norfolk.

You will be responsible for managing your own family law caseload, including:
• Divorce and separation matters
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation and relationship breakdown
• Child arrangements and residence disputes
• Domestic abuse and protective injunctions
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
• Representing clients in negotiations, hearings and court proceedings where required
• Liaising with clients, barristers, Cafcass, experts and other professionals
• Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
• Supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service
Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law
• Previous experience managing a family law caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedure
• Experience across divorce, financial matters and/or private children work
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
• Proactive and commercially minded approach
• Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
