Job Title: Office & Personal Assistant
Location: Bristol (Central Bristol, North Bristol & Bath areas)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (flexibility required when business needs demand) 3 days office/ 2 days home

Exposure to senior leadership and business operationsAs an Office & Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
Managing office supplies, equipment, refreshments and facilities
Welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional office environment
Assisting with document management and expenses
Coordinating onboarding requirements for new starters
Liaising with building management and external suppliers
Organising meetings, travel and accommodation bookings
Supporting company events, team meetings and external visitors
Assisting with research and ad-hoc business projects
Providing personal assistant support to senior stakeholders during busy periods
Managing diaries, appointments and travel arrangements
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretionYou'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:
Previous experience within an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Confidence using modern technology and office systems
A positive attitude and willingness to learnEssential Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
Willingness to travel across Bristol and Bath when required
