The Opportunity
A leading design consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join its Warrington office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit-focused professional with around 3 years' experience to join an established consultancy and work across a range of technically interesting building services projects.
The Role
You will support the design and coordination of MEP services using Revit, working closely with engineers, designers and other members of the project team.
The role will involve producing and coordinating detailed models and drawings while helping to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Produce and maintain coordinated MEP models using Revit.

Develop detailed MEP drawings and layouts from design information.

Coordinate mechanical and electrical services within building models.

Work closely with engineers and designers to resolve coordination issues.

Identify and address clashes within Revit models.

Assist with design development throughout the project lifecycle.

Produce drawings and documentation to the required standards.

Review models and drawings for accuracy and consistency.

Liaise with other disciplines to ensure effective design coordination.

Assist with model updates and revisions throughout projects.

Support project teams with BIM and Revit requirements.

Attend coordination meetings where required.

Maintain accurate project documentation.

Work to project deadlines and agreed delivery programmes.
Requirements

Around 3 years' experience working with Revit within an MEP or building services environment.

Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP.

Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services.

Understanding of building services design and construction.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and design information.

Experience working within a consultancy, contractor or similar technical environment.

Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
