Service Advisor – Orpington
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Orpington. Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential, with strong customer-facing candidates also considered. Applicants must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details:
Location: Orpington
Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus, OTE £40,000
Sign-On Bonus: £1,000 in month one + £1,000 after 12 months
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 6, 1 in 5 Saturdays 8 - 12.30

Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
Manage customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process
Set clear expectations and provide regular progress updates
Explain required work, costs and additional services clearly
Identify and recommend relevant additional products and services
Follow up with customers after completed work to ensure satisfaction
Work towards customer service, sales and performance targetsService Advisor Requirements
Previous Service Advisor or Aftersales experience is desirable but not essential
Strong customer service or customer-facing experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple customers
Comfortable identifying and discussing additional products and services
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
